We use trusted shuttle services to deliver your order with care.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- You will be notified once your items are packed and ready for dispatch.
Shipping Services
- All deliveries are handled by external shuttle/courier services.
- Shipping costs are paid directly by the client and are not included in our product prices.
- You may arrange your own pickup via your preferred shuttle service.
- Please check your order upon delivery and let us know right away if anything isn't right. We cannot process claims for missing or damaged items after 24 hours from delivery.

Our products are designed for comfort and connection but they must always be used with care.
Always follow safe sleep and baby handling guidelines.
Snug Some is not liable for any misuse of our products.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once ready you will be notified and may:
- Use your own shuttle/courier service to arrange delivery
- Or request our help to coordinate with a third-party shuttle (client pays shipping fees)
- Order Inspection
Please check your order upon delivery and report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 24 hours.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

- Exchanges Only (No Refunds)
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items.
Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.
No exchanges on baby pillows, personalized items, or used products.
- Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your order and may not be able to accommodate changes.
